  • Oolong City

The largest city in Kagawa. It's a port city that connects the region to all the others. It is home to a prestigious Pokemon Academy, a large harbor, many shops, and other attractions, and many corporations make their home here. The region's top Professor, Ingrid Trachelium, lives here.

  • Ceylon City

A popular tourist destination! The buildings are a lovely color of orange and brown, and appear to be very western. The city has a large beachfront popular with swimmers and trainers, and it extends past the city. The city features a school for actors, a local theatre, and the lovely Pekoe Resort.

The uninhabited beach area near Ceylon City. This provides a close up to the ocean and access to a lot of water and ground type Pokemon. This route also leads to the Sweet Islands.

  • Route 3

The route that connects Ceylon City and Grey City. It's a heavily wooded area with a lot of trees, flowers, and berries!

  • Grey City

Like its name, Grey City is grey, but it isn’t dull. The buildings are modern like Oolong, but smaller. Grey City is the number one spot in the Kagawa region for fossil lovers, as there is an entire museum dedicated to fossils. The other major attraction in the city is the conservation area for endangered Pokemon.

  • Route 4

A short route that leads to Silver Needle Forest. It's apparent that this route used to be a part of the forest, but has since had all of its trees cut down. Some say it's for future expansion of Grey City, but others say it was a waste.

  • Silver Needle Forest

A dense forest on the end of Route 4. It's full of Pokemon and plants. The trees are huge in this forest, some even as big as some buildings in Oolong City.

  • Peppermint Town

A cute little town nestled near the edges of the Silver Needle Forest. The buildings are made from the wood of the trees in the forest, and the town is known for the soft green color of the roofs. Local business is very important to the people of Peppermint Town, and it is hard to find a place not locally owned by a townsperson. The only seemingly extravagant part of the town is an old manor that has been abandoned for years, but travelers swear they hear people inside...

  • Lemon Caverns

A large cave opening sits near Peppermint Town. Inside is a large group of tunnels and rock formations. These expansive caverns run right across the region and are the only way to head straight to Chamomile Town from Peppermint Town.

A rocky route with lots of mud. If you want to get to Tulsi Town, you have to brave the ankle-breaking environment. Or just take the train to Ginger City.

  • Tulsi Town

A small town built into the side of Mount Chai. It usually acts as the final stop before scaling the mountain, and there doesn't seem to be a whole lot in Tulsi Town, except for a Gym and a Contest Hall. The buildings are strong and yellow-bricked with dark roofs. The most impressive building in Tulsi Town is the headquarters of Kagawa Branch of the International Police.

  • Mount Chai

A huge and intimidating mountain in the middle of the Kagawa Region. Traveling up the mountain can be harsh and dangerous. The mountain is infamous because of a certain event that happened 28 years ago. Because it's one of the few cold places in Kagawa, many Ice type Pokemon make it their home.

If one chooses not to scale the mountain, they can take Route 6 to Ginger City. This route follows the Kudding River, and as a result, means a lot of bridges and fishing enthusiasts.

  • Ginger City

A calm and quiet city that sits on either side of the Kuding River, and is in close proximity to Lake Lapacho. The buildings are beige and small, but there is more than enough room for the people here. There are two large wooden bridges that run across on either side of town. It is also home to a radio tower and a university, and as a result, the city has become somewhat of a campus town. Most people who live here are students or young families. Many people describe Ginger City as "the perfect place to raise children and Pokemon."

A short path in a wooded area. Not exactly a forest, but not exactly a simple road. This connects Sencha Village to Masala City.

  • Masala City

A city located in the marshes of Kagawa. Despite its undesirable location, people flock all over to play at the Dollar House for a chance to win a huge amount of Pokedollars! You have to be at least 19 to enter, so children are out of luck. The buildings are dark brown and usually overgrown with vines. This could be easily fixed, but many residents feel it gives the town charm.

  • Route 9

Despite being near Masala City, this area isn't very marshy. The route features wide open spaces with fields and meadows where wild Pokemon graze. The Gyokuro Plains can be accessed from this route.

  • Chamomile Town

A town that sits on the Camellia Sea and expands into the Aracha Forest. It's a town that respects nature and Pokemon, and as a result, this town often produces great Pokemon Rangers. It's a pretty peaceful town, but that's probably because the local Gym Leader will not tolerate any misbehavior from townspeople and tourists.

  • Route 10

Route 10 sits in the middle of the Camellia Sea. It's the only way to get to Hyson Island. While trainers may opt to use their water types to get across, most people usually charter a ferry to get them to Bolay City.

  • Route 11

A route that cuts through the Aracha Forest. It connects Chamomile Town to the Pokemon Ranger Camp. The trees around it are pretty heavy, but if you want to explore Aracha Forest you have to stray from the Route. Probably not the best idea, but there usually rangers in the forest who will help if needed.

For some odd reason, this Route is almost always storming. Rain and thunder are often present, it's advised to take a train to Rooibos City if you don't want to get wet. A lot of Dragons make their home here.

  • Rooibos City

A small city located near Chamomile Town. Its buildings are a soft lilac color. Rooibos City is just big enough to be a city and used to be called Rooibos Town up until a few years ago. The influx of residents is probably a result of the Safari Zone.

  • Lake Wuyi

A small lake located in the most eastern part of the Kagawa Region. While it is nothing compared to Lake Lapacho, most people visit because of the town located on the small island in the middle of the lake. The fishermen here are very skilled at catching freshwater Pokemon.

  • Bolay City

The only city present on Hyson Island. It's built near the now inactive Hyson Volcano. The buildings are a dark red color and people here are known to be warm and cheerful, often trying to make any visitor feel right at home. While there isn't much in Bolay City, there's an art gallery that has been drawing people from all over, featuring artists from all over the island.

  • Route 16

A rather long Route that connects Bolay City to Kangra Village. It's rocky and jagged, a result of eruptions a long time ago. Unfortunately for travelers, there's no train on Hyson Island so if they want to visit Kangra Village, then they have to start walking.

  • Kangra Village

A small village on the most northern point of Hyson Island. It's fairly small and there's not much of a reason for people to visit. Most people spend their days fishing here. Of course, there's a lovely tea house here and a family that does glassblowing if someone is interested in that. Helen often visits here for artistic inspiration.

  • Verbena Town

A bustling town south of Oolong City. It sits right on the edge of uncharted territory and is the final town before entering Yunnan Valley. Verbena Town is most commonly known because it is the host of the Kagawa Conference, the Kagawa Grand Festival, and Verbena Villa, which houses the Champion and Elite 4 while they train. Children from this town are usually huge fans of the Champion, and often will dream of becoming the next one. The buildings here are surprisingly in a traditional western style with many blue houses.

The rocky badlands that lead to the Rize Desert from Verbena Town. This is a trainer's last chance to back out from going into the desert. It's advised that if you really need to go to Rize Village, take a train.

  • Rize Desert

The hot sands of the Rize Desert are probably the most dangerous area in all of Kagawa. Barely anyone lives out there, save for a small village and a couple of Pokemon Centers around the area. It is advised to prepare for coming here, but if one wants to take the risks, they may find rare stones and other treasures in the sands. There is some sort of ruin somewhere in the desert, but there have been reports that it is never in the same spot.
